Santa visits Life Care Center of Hendersonville on Christmas Day

On Christmas Day 2017, Santa (Brian Jeffery, youngest son of Dorothy Jeffery, activity director) visited Life Care Center of Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Santa brought stockings full of presents for residents and handed them out one by one to each resident in the facility....

Dogs join Christmas Pet Parade at Life Care Center of Hendersonville

Handlers and their dogs have fun at the parade.

On Dec. 7, 2017, Life Care Center of Hendersonville, North Carolina, welcomed 12 dogs to the building for the facility’s Christmas Pet Parade.

The Hendersonville Kennel Club brought the canines, all service dogs, which paraded around the building. Several dogs and their handlers wore Christmas outfits....

Life Care Center of Hendersonville takes part in emergency drill

Facility leaders and community emergency personnel take part in a roundtable discussion following the drill.

On Oct. 19, 2017, Life Care Center of Hendersonville, North Carolina, partnered with the Henderson County Emergency Management department and the Hendersonville Fire Department to complete an emergency drill.

The drill is required yearly by regulations (once per year for an evacuation drill and once per year for a tabletop discussion with county emergency management)....
